The cavity steel is Stavax ESR from Assab, the steel is heattreated in Assab after rough machining, the core steel is 2344 through hardness from LKM, the steel is heattreated in KLM after rough machining. The mould base is S50C. We combaine the customer designerto decide the gate position and how many gate and what kind of runner, and D-pin sizes.The part material is plated ABS, we use Chimei 757, Sometimes we will design burn ribs for the plated.We packthe mouldin plywood box, and provide the certificate of origin for the client. Some of the customers like 10%-30% for design cost,90%-70% for the mould building. We provide packing list, packing declaration, Bill of lading, invoice to clients to clean their customs.
