1.Introduction of Oil Heating Element 120V 500W 1.125〃

Oil Heating Element 120V 500W 1.125〃is a piece of equipment made of MgO powder or MgO tube, ceramic cap, resistance wire(NiCr20/80). It is used to heat in plastic injection moulds, dies, platens and so forth.

 

2.Recommended for temperatures up to 750°C

 

  • All high temperature Oil Heating Element are available with a built in Thermocouple Type J or K

  • Sheath Material SUS 304/316/ Incoloy 840

  • Spirals Nickel - Chrome

  • Insulation Magnesium Oxide Powder

  • Voltage Supply 12V to a maximum of 480V

  • Maximum Temperature 750 °C

  • Resistance Tolerance +10% - 5%

  • Wattage Tolerance +5% - 10% (closer tolerances are available upon special request)
