1. The production base of Hebei Jinhong Chemical is located in Nanpu Chemical Park, Caofeidian Industrial Zone, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, serving as the core manufacturing center of the company. It covers a land area of 27,000 square meters and a building area of 5,800 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. Strategically located in Nanpu Chemical Park, Caofeidian, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, the base enjoys convenient transportation and is adjacent to Tianjin Port, enabling easy maritime export.
2. The plant is equipped with 15 sets of 5-ton reaction kettles, 10 sets of standby 5-ton reaction kettles, and 20 sets of 10-ton reaction kettles.
3. The supporting facilities include advanced drying equipment, rectification tower system, automatic packaging line and storage tank farm.
4. The factory is constructed with Class A workshops in compliance with national petrochemical Class A standards, Class A warehouses, Class E workshops, Class E warehouses and an independent R&D building.
5. The company has obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification. It implements full-process quality inspection covering raw materials, production processes and finished products, and is equipped with an in-house testing laboratory, a complete batch traceability system, as well as long-term cooperation with third-party testing institutions.
